From the most <a href="https://www.thecelebrationstylist.com/2018/05/setting-up-perfect-graduation-party-in.html">classic graduation party</a> to a romantic wedding reception to a casual house party at your bestie’s place, these are the dress code rules you’ll want to keep in mind.<br /><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgokJh6WINjjDUovATg_UGPK0Q-5Ax5T7Mzi8FmlrEwM7QfamPaOJUtlsOui-9XS9NO07QOcPIm1XVyJwPM7Bz6VeHdVJ8H_rJc6mZ6p99Xmkyos6ur9vX5oA2mccV45yDGxLVW_5wH37B5rI3tYQiMLE9eGd1yRNuO3YySevp97uWrRahUfzx-Ay1K/s3600/holiday-party_267.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3600" data-original-width="2400" height="400" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgokJh6WINjjDUovATg_UGPK0Q-5Ax5T7Mzi8FmlrEwM7QfamPaOJUtlsOui-9XS9NO07QOcPIm1XVyJwPM7Bz6VeHdVJ8H_rJc6mZ6p99Xmkyos6ur9vX5oA2mccV45yDGxLVW_5wH37B5rI3tYQiMLE9eGd1yRNuO3YySevp97uWrRahUfzx-Ay1K/w266-h400/holiday-party_267.jpg" width="266" /></a></div></div>1. Casual Chic:<br /><br />When the dress code calls for "casual chic," it means you should strike a balance between casual and sophisticated. For guys, opt for dark jeans or khaki pants paired with a stylish button-down shirt. Ladies can choose a trendy dress, skirt, or tailored pants paired with a cute top. Avoid overly casual items like shorts or flip-flops, and instead go for polished looks that are put together.<br /><br />2. Cocktail Attire:<br /><br />Cocktail attire strikes the perfect balance between formal and casual. For gentlemen, a tailored suit with a dress shirt and a tie is a safe choice. Ladies have more flexibility with a knee-length dress or a stylish blouse paired with a skirt or tailored pants. Opt for elegant accessories and dressy shoes to complete your cocktail attire look.<br /><br />3. Semi-Formal:<br /><br />The semi-formal dress code allows for a mix of casual and formal attire. For guys, this typically means a suit and tie. Opt for a dark suit with a dress shirt and a coordinating tie. Ladies can choose a dressy skirt or dress pants paired with a stylish blouse or a dressy top. Experiment with colors and patterns, but remember to keep it classy and polished.<br /><br />4. Black Tie:<br /><br />Black tie events are the epitome of elegance and formality. For gentlemen, a black tuxedo with a formal shirt, bowtie, and dress shoes is the classic choice. Ladies should opt for a formal evening gown, either long or tea-length. Add some glamour with statement jewelry, a chic clutch, and high-heeled shoes. Ladies can also go for a classy updo with the <a href="https://www.hair.com/shampoo-for-oily-hair.html">best shampoos for oily hair</a>. Black tie events demand sophistication and attention to detail.<br /><br />Conclusion:<br /><br />Understanding different party dress codes can help you dress appropriately and confidently for any occasion. Whether it's casual chic, cocktail attire, semi-formal, or black tie, each dress code carries its own expectations and style. Remember to choose outfits that suit the occasion while reflecting your personal style. By following these guidelines, you'll be ready to make a fashionable statement and enjoy any party that comes your way!<p></p>Celebration Stylisthttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17671285975987275148noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7162690769524381301.post-79879691708830756812023-04-10T20:26:00.012-04:002023-04-12T21:56:44.025-04:005 Pieces Of Advice For Stay-At-Home Moms<p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEidttF2cgCxQ6zgv3wfhT9upUU-3LN6vP7f8mvGH8HeODN8-272gZzYMw5_uBNCHKsTbAPZ-UxX-MsqQQkndjaSjayspxKTeWrcziNzlVXEuzzuyS_4ZvQ5jChV_joY6NQ5-3iHcyNgjqa7XugFYf8B88Hh9vISU8vsNn3BrvZVH4a9CsaLoiFKTMdh/s1000/headpic.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="800" data-original-width="1000" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEidttF2cgCxQ6zgv3wfhT9upUU-3LN6vP7f8mvGH8HeODN8-272gZzYMw5_uBNCHKsTbAPZ-UxX-MsqQQkndjaSjayspxKTeWrcziNzlVXEuzzuyS_4ZvQ5jChV_joY6NQ5-3iHcyNgjqa7XugFYf8B88Hh9vISU8vsNn3BrvZVH4a9CsaLoiFKTMdh/w400-h320/headpic.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><p></p><br />You are a noble woman if you are a stay-at-home mom because it’s one of the toughest jobs in the world. While it’s rewarding and gratifying to be around your kids so much, it can also take a toll on your health and wellbeing over time if you don’t take good care of yourself. <br /><br />There are five pieces of advice for stay-at-home moms to take into consideration in their journey to living a life that is pleasing for them and their family. This way you can keep everything in order and maintain a happier self and home life. <span id="docs-internal-guid-025f492b-7fff-95d6-0ddc-4868fd74ca6e"><ol style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; padding-inline-start: 48px;"><li aria-level="1" dir="ltr" style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 14pt; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-weight: 700; list-style-type: decimal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre;"><h2 dir="ltr" role="presentation" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 4pt; margin-top: 18pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Create A Weekly Task List</span></h2></li></ol>It’s important that you stay organized and are realistic about what you can get done each week. Plan ahead and write down your chore or task list and figure out what is a priority for you currently. One to-do will likely be cleaning and maintaining the home and doing the laundry. This can become overwhelming if you are doing laundry for many people and you have issues such as the <a href="https://www.appliancepartspros.com/b/washing-machine-wont-drain-top-6-problems-and-fixes-for-top-loading-and-side-loading-washers-with-video/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">washing machine won't drain</a>. Try to stay calm in these instances and problem-solve so that you don’t let your stress build-up and keep you from having a productive week. <ol start="2" style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; padding-inline-start: 48px;"><li aria-level="1" dir="ltr" style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 14pt; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-weight: 700; list-style-type: decimal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre;"><h2 dir="ltr" role="presentation" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 4pt; margin-top: 18pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Establish A Self-Care Routine</span></h2></li></ol>You need to feel and be well if you’re going to take good care of others. Therefore, you should <a href="https://stitchandsalt.com/self-care-ideas-for-the-stay-at-home-mom/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">establish a self-care routine</a> and commit to sticking to it for the best results. Avoid pushing your needs and wellness to the back burner and speak up and ask for help when you require it. Try to stick to a regular sleep schedule and hop in the shower daily to reset. Also, focus on eating healthy meals and snacks so you have more natural energy and make time for regular exercise. You may need to get creative with your schedule or wake up early to do so.<ol start="3" style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; padding-inline-start: 48px;"><li aria-level="1" dir="ltr" style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 14pt; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-weight: 700; list-style-type: decimal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre;"><h2 dir="ltr" role="presentation" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 4pt; margin-top: 18pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Maintain A Social Life & Relationships</span></h2></li></ol>Another piece of advice for stay-at-home moms is to maintain a social life and healthy relationships. Otherwise, you risk becoming isolated and feeling very alone and lonely. It’s important for your mental health that you have people who you can turn to and lean on and that you make time to laugh and have some fun. Be vulnerable and let others in and consider joining a local mom’s group to share insights and tips and as a way to make new friends. <ol start="4" style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; padding-inline-start: 48px;"><li aria-level="1" dir="ltr" style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 14pt; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-weight: 700; list-style-type: decimal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre;"><h2 dir="ltr" role="presentation" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 4pt; margin-top: 18pt;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Get Out of the House Regularly</span></h2></li></ol>Feeling stuck inside the house all day taking care of the kids and <a href="https://www.thecelebrationstylist.com/2018/07/life-hacks-for-doing-it-all.html">trying to do it all</a> will wear on you. Instead, make it a point to get out of the house regularly so you have a change of scenery and can experience some alone time. It may be that you go to the grocery store, head to the gym, or go out for lunch with a friend some days. At the very minimum consider taking walks in your neighborhood to get some fresh air and recharge. Mixing it up and keeping yourself busy with your own types of activities will be healthy for you. <h2 style="line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 12pt; margin-top: 12pt; text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 18.6667px; font-weight: 700; white-space: pre-wrap;"><span> </span>5. Keep it Simple</span></h2>Holidays and special occasions come and go so fast every month or more. Keep it both simple and special with<a href="https://celebrationstylist.com/"> printables </a>instead of running to the store and overspending each time. It will save any busy mama time and money too.</span>Celebration Stylisthttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17671285975987275148noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7162690769524381301.post-30937782830142901072023-04-07T21:00:00.003-04:002023-04-11T21:30:28.180-04:00Non Candy Easter Egg Stuffers<p></p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhYK06Bcm5DEQUppDZX5ouKJTBM6rI-2zQ89APT5BnEXbr1vfVBnGqFr3E1aLyK3SN4szp_m_LD9-UUAlr3kOsA9kA6Mtz61afEXqhpqIO98M4_ZX3Zsllbien9P-hzDdyyCL56cNUiArdryrrrYvrX3k4Tiu3EovncLsWSItivr88Nlp6yBR2BmH83/s500/april%20copy.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="500" data-original-width="500" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhYK06Bcm5DEQUppDZX5ouKJTBM6rI-2zQ89APT5BnEXbr1vfVBnGqFr3E1aLyK3SN4szp_m_LD9-UUAlr3kOsA9kA6Mtz61afEXqhpqIO98M4_ZX3Zsllbien9P-hzDdyyCL56cNUiArdryrrrYvrX3k4Tiu3EovncLsWSItivr88Nlp6yBR2BmH83/w640-h640/april%20copy.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><br /><br />Easter is a holiday that is loved by many, especially children who look forward to the egg hunts and the treats they receive in their Easter baskets. Unfortunately, they have no idea where to start. They have lots of ideas in their heads but no concept of how to put them into practice. <br /><br />Fortunately, this post is here to help. We take a look at some of the ways to transform your home’s exterior and give it the ultimate look you want. Here’s what to do:<div> <span id="docs-internal-guid-9f671c65-7fff-f93d-ef5e-7fe92e24597f"><br /></span><b>Paint The Front Door</b></div><div><span><b><br /></b><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="border: none; display: inline-block; height: 379px; margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; overflow: hidden; width: 567px;"><img height="379" src="https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/g4YZRzl0zI7xXdh-4MA7b9CWf-imC6ukPMoM5ruabqerCRvpmfUVjfK5i4c4Clf2kYauvUwvHdtmvJ6hMriAHHy0rywtBWUjAMM1TJMorSOeeei1Qlcf4C-Kkd4tPDV3uYV6kZJwadjz2JmGegMzXoU" style="margin-left: 0px; margin-top: 0px;" width="567" /></span></div></span><br />First thing’s first: <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jqJ5RLW3Hpg">paint the front door</a>. A fresh coat of paint can make a big difference in the look and feel of your entryway. It instantly makes the house more attractive to prospective buyers, encouraging them to come and visit.<br /><br />Choose a color that complements your house and reflects your personality. Add new hardware, like door knobs or knockers, to make it even more appealing. Find some way of giving it some extra flair.<br /><br /><b>Update The Landscaping</b></div><div><b><br /></b>Another option is to update your landscaping. A well-maintained lawn and garden can enhance the beauty and charm of your home. Cut back any overgrown bushes, trees, or hedges, and remove those annoying weeds and dead plants. Try to give the whole area a facelift so it looks more attractive the moment people come to visit.<br /><br />You can also try adding some flowers, shrubs, or potted plants for visual interest and contrast. People love homes that look ready to go from the outset. <br /><br />You can also play around with outdoor lighting, such as solar-powered lanterns or string lights. These tend to give buyers more confidence because it adds an element of security and makes the home more attractive at night. Pay particular attention to illuminating your walkways so people can see where they are going. <span><br /><p dir="ltr" style="line-height: 1.38; margin-bottom: 0pt; margin-top: 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 11pt; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-weight: 700; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;"><br /></span></p></span><b>Replace Your Old Windows</b></div><div><span><b><br /></b><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span style="border: none; display: inline-block; height: 333px; margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; overflow: hidden; width: 500px;"><img height="333" src="https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/CNsy1kbdpVa0bDJD1B2nXXMyznG4MMGHY3Jjk-1JMdFACJviYwPN16_pUnF7zN3edj7_aQV6Z7anDxI9SYtGe6Xo5b765Wr9q-Y2yB9jCWpUSfwvClVduT6ug45_qoBA3NFUF-iXg5IoF8b9zGsPjqU" style="margin-left: 0px; margin-top: 0px;" width="500" /></span></div></span>Old or damaged windows can make your home look outdated and unappealing. Therefore, consider replacing them with new ones. Look for products that can improve your home's energy efficiency, security, and appearance. Usually, that means installing PVC windows, but you could also opt for aluminum double-glazing too if it fits your architecture. <br /><br />Furthermore, ensure you choose windows that <a href="https://www.thecelebrationstylist.com/2019/05/brand-new-living-room-reveal.html">match the style of your home</a>. You want something that fits and makes sense. You should also think carefully about the window treatments you use and whether they’re suitable for your area.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Clean Up The Place</b></div><div><b><br /></b>Cleaning up the front of your home can also make a big difference to the asking price you can propose. Don't forget to clean and repair any parts of your home's exterior that are dirty or damaged. Wash your siding, roof, gutters, and driveway with a pressure washer or a hose to remove any dirt. Make sure you thoroughly clear out <a href="https://gorillapropertyservices.com/services/kelowna-gutter-cleaning/">your gutter system</a>, making sure there are no leaves or debris in it. <br /><br />Next, look into fixing any cracks, holes, or loose tiles that may be affecting your home's structure or appearance. The cleaner your home looks from the outside, the more curb appeal it will have compared to a dirty one. <br /><br />So, there you have it: some of the ways to transform your home’s curb appeal!<span><br /></span></div>Celebration Stylisthttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17671285975987275148noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7162690769524381301.post-84620170488641541142023-03-28T21:53:00.069-04:002023-03-29T13:38:41.477-04:005 Spring Favorites <div style="text-align: center;"><i>This post is sponsored by BabbleBoxx</i></div><div style="text-align: center;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEioZJ0n_GvFZci9f1alqQI8yXUWObX1pVlqymJhzdPIY-lK_5BDURyqyMVi6Ag6kWSr0ctsyAeoF59nq6RhvvWVoLX3licUyfrd3COxegi05wuEI-eSv-LYODEvgGPXGSL4GDgsHynKjUaDig9Rdr2g_4OHlBgUPw4Q2Ria0S2MTE9ny1c4dbnexO2n/s2960/IMG_9555.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2960" data-original-width="2960" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEioZJ0n_GvFZci9f1alqQI8yXUWObX1pVlqymJhzdPIY-lK_5BDURyqyMVi6Ag6kWSr0ctsyAeoF59nq6RhvvWVoLX3licUyfrd3COxegi05wuEI-eSv-LYODEvgGPXGSL4GDgsHynKjUaDig9Rdr2g_4OHlBgUPw4Q2Ria0S2MTE9ny1c4dbnexO2n/w640-h640/IMG_9555.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><br /></div>Spring is finally here and with it comes a wave of new and exciting products to try out. All opinions are my own.</i></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div>Summer camp is an exciting time for kids, full of new experiences and opportunities to make friends. However, with so many campers and their belongings in one place, it can be easy for items to get lost or mixed up. That's where <a href="https://shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=1451890&u=1479455&m=93134&urllink=&afftrack=" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Name Bubbles</a> comes in – their name labels are a must-have for any camper this summer. <div><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiFnV2rHO1ImUwGmux2gXNf-23a9wJbOb3I1jpPxGMh-z_joaFkvSOdM_Q8bkAlDnwisBP0zu-Qpfoz3mS2OWXk9ISAxZOV3iBuyYRRD74ztcj5ek9fh_pDJRVDK_mZyhB8PMOoAGA-AjqpqBQqRKvvLGfw6Pqz-lmTPwEBUvwrFzA9RDfF5EZvDL5G/s3024/IMG_9363%202.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="3024" data-original-width="3024" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiFnV2rHO1ImUwGmux2gXNf-23a9wJbOb3I1jpPxGMh-z_joaFkvSOdM_Q8bkAlDnwisBP0zu-Qpfoz3mS2OWXk9ISAxZOV3iBuyYRRD74ztcj5ek9fh_pDJRVDK_mZyhB8PMOoAGA-AjqpqBQqRKvvLGfw6Pqz-lmTPwEBUvwrFzA9RDfF5EZvDL5G/w640-h640/IMG_9363%202.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><br /><div><div><br /></div><div>First of all, <a href="https://shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=1548204&u=1479455&m=93134&urllink=&afftrack=" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Name Bubbles' Camp Labels Packs</a> can help keep germs at bay. By labeling all of your camper's belongings, you can make it easier for camp staff to identify which items belong to which campers so there's no cross contaminating everyone's things. And sticking a label on items is so much faster to do and easier to read than names written with a permanent marker. </div><div><br /></div><div>Name Bubbles' labels also ensure that every camper's gear returns home at pick-up. Nothing is worse than discovering that your child's favorite t-shirt or water bottle has gone missing, am I right? With Name Bubbles' durable and easy-to-read labels, you can be sure that all of your camper's belongings will be returned to them at the end of camp. </div><div><br /></div><div>One of the best features of Name Bubbles' Camp Labels Packs is their durability. Designed to handle big adventures, these labels are made to last. They're made from high-quality materials that can withstand wear and tear, and they're also waterproof, so you don't have to worry about them coming off in the rain or during water activities.
In addition to being durable, Name Bubbles' labels are also washable. This is particularly important for items like clothing and bedding, which can get dirty and need to be washed frequently. You can even run them through the dishwasher. With Name Bubbles' labels, you can simply toss your camper's items in the wash without worrying about the label fading or coming off. </div><div><br /></div><div>Finally, Name Bubbles' labels are designed to be sunblock and bug spray-proof. This is a game-changer for parents who have struggled with labels that fade or peel off after exposure to these products. With Name Bubbles' labels, you can rest assured that they will stay put, no matter how much sunscreen or bug spray your camper uses. </div><div><br /></div><div>Not only are Name Bubbles perfect for summer camp, but as a mom of two girls I use them year round on just about everything to prevent mix ups and arguments about what belongs to who. It makes school mornings go more smoothly too because there's no confusion over which uniform is theirs. Even my 4 year old that can't read yet, knows which labels are hers because of the cute little cupcake icon that she picked out for her labels.</div><div><br /></div><div>So if you want to ensure that your child's Summer Camp experience {or even just daily life} is a little less stressful, Name Bubbles' Camp Labels Packs are a must-have. With their durability, washability, and resistance to germs, sunblock, and bug spray, these labels will give you peace of mind and help keep your camper's belongings organized and safe. </div></div><div><br /></div><b>Use code CelebrationStylist for 10% off any order.</b>Celebration Stylisthttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17671285975987275148noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7162690769524381301.post-36957726395902042122022-02-24T20:09:00.005-05:002022-02-24T20:09:43.988-05:00How to Make an Easy Leprechaun Trap<div>So, you want to catch a leprechaun?</div><div><div><br /></div><div>Well, we’ve got the perfect solution for you: our leprechaun trap, which was so easy to put together.</div><div><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEhr2jta65Je5AXSak8MzB7CQ4kytUJ1U4wV15fMNZrTi5zaVQrdmhaDqd9eNJAxM5ECEbaWuDbjH6qqS_NGRqhLVaCXD01mrCsbCtaKg4KD568UseZ7w68vSIJ953J18aimM9g4r0eY66HujPRooCXqux7ZJcGtvNSa-IswhojyegYw_wRE8jokgEBnzQ=s2791" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2791" data-original-width="2788" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEhr2jta65Je5AXSak8MzB7CQ4kytUJ1U4wV15fMNZrTi5zaVQrdmhaDqd9eNJAxM5ECEbaWuDbjH6qqS_NGRqhLVaCXD01mrCsbCtaKg4KD568UseZ7w68vSIJ953J18aimM9g4r0eY66HujPRooCXqux7ZJcGtvNSa-IswhojyegYw_wRE8jokgEBnzQ=w640-h640" width="640" /></a></div><div><br /></div><div>We started with the St. Patrick's Day printable set from GetYourConfetti.com . These girls have grown so close over the last few years and we wanted to celebrate! We had them come straight after school on a Friday so it was convenient and fun for the mamas too.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEj1OwG0uKkIxQRKdwknQ-tvj8xDPuU04yx0GJrGXeQCSc0_Cf6ZjD6E6PhuzF9b2U9CPPmqlI1w2aa4LojzN2Oj90X1EInRprfA4ZbOawjzWJnJtppO1WnmiP3nW1RWhgAGn-3pdt85yd0It9tx_6skL28WWPE0-_ebhTRM5sVrdqjlnNnUW6yYFteZkQ=s2432" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2432" data-original-width="2432" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEj1OwG0uKkIxQRKdwknQ-tvj8xDPuU04yx0GJrGXeQCSc0_Cf6ZjD6E6PhuzF9b2U9CPPmqlI1w2aa4LojzN2Oj90X1EInRprfA4ZbOawjzWJnJtppO1WnmiP3nW1RWhgAGn-3pdt85yd0It9tx_6skL28WWPE0-_ebhTRM5sVrdqjlnNnUW6yYFteZkQ=w640-h640" width="640" /></a></div><p>I made a treat board for the middle of the table using food mostly from Trader Joes and Whole Foods. The activities that we had planned were eating pizza (and obviously lots of treats!), making beaded bracelets, and painting and decorating wooden hearts that I found at Target. We all really enjoyed spending time together and it was a nice way to celebrate their friendship.</p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEgjwOTXa9nC6_AQqPqNnkEVT4gC7ftZy1W_iulCnv1lKW-ZJxXOx3qaPMmMD0gGkGGc5ybi-kaY9npArtIc7FKh4iaOSyvkS0gE5xlnAlsij_X4pusEyvSY6zIS5qeWj0o5-8zsGpvtjNv5pNro12_dqV9UHVv_SfsITIwsCghsGd1ZmagbmlzAhjYBXg=s4032" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEgjwOTXa9nC6_AQqPqNnkEVT4gC7ftZy1W_iulCnv1lKW-ZJxXOx3qaPMmMD0gGkGGc5ybi-kaY9npArtIc7FKh4iaOSyvkS0gE5xlnAlsij_X4pusEyvSY6zIS5qeWj0o5-8zsGpvtjNv5pNro12_dqV9UHVv_SfsITIwsCghsGd1ZmagbmlzAhjYBXg=s16000" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEgva8_dtrK2l4amsf7ve7GcfB284RvGffoxCJbYji_3KWNAR3_PZExkgGRlQw4UdbjvXCONQbBcY_3uFqGjmIFQM7YHcmImV9OD2errGXXLWOf_8MsaBZutCN238xc3aWDYndB0Aootp-hTNVg8p_D6RbolVVXGpk5dXyRAg15PEQPZq4WgTKtpci_czA=s3926" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2944" data-original-width="3926" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/a/AVvXsEgva8_dtrK2l4amsf7ve7GcfB284RvGffoxCJbYji_3KWNAR3_PZExkgGRlQw4UdbjvXCONQbBcY_3uFqGjmIFQM7YHcmImV9OD2errGXXLWOf_8MsaBZutCN238xc3aWDYndB0Aootp-hTNVg8p_D6RbolVVXGpk5dXyRAg15PEQPZq4WgTKtpci_czA=w640-h480" width="640" /></a></div>Celebration Stylisthttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16679600892370779814noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7162690769524381301.post-43342017239210583812021-09-29T14:18:00.007-04:002021-09-29T14:19:40.746-04:00My Little Pony Movie Night<div class="separator" style="text-align: center;"><i>Sponsored by Hasbro. All opinions are my own.</i></div><div class="separator"><i><br /></i>The girls and I are so excited about the new My Little Pony: A New Generation, coming to Netflix on September 24th. I used to watch My Little Pony when I was little so I think it will be so fun to watch this new one together. To celebrate, per usual, I wanted to set up a fun girls night that I knew they’d love. Here are 4 things that you’ll need!<br /><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhfEPnlISbS4jiaaIxnOIw37CD5Vg4gPCUrVI9QTx1cowseoh17ea6qa1X6WAWDVaLDsnUEfI25kI152LEEJp5nYMOQNTAqIHK7zRzxu2Gb5h9t4T6A4bsG9LFyKpT-_lsFeGgEDIDgWxLM/w494-h640/IMG_6566.jpg" width="494" /></div></div><br />1. Pajamas<br />We love to cuddle up on the couch in cozy clothes to watch movies together. The <a href="https://bit.ly/3zCqWuH">zip up and pajama set</a> are from Target and totally fit the theme. <br /><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjXOrBJKDLzWCppRqWnRLDPsUnhVoZR2_9cXiL1vnLB_8qshlLaS5KQILxFxLfNJFyin546iJLGLqFujZhEpeF36sOzpxSsqo2M_EGX1towdFbo3725sB2MJRtJr4LPAi_GepxkRWC06ziy/w437-h640/image.JPG" width="437" /></div>2. Snacks<br />Of course you need snacks for movie night. I went with traditional popcorn and rainbow cotton candy and the girls LOVED it. I set up a concession stand sign to make it extra special.<br /><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><img border="0" height="568" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgWmux7Hk-XUMatfMMpUulbwyhYW1Y7cRFW47-nArFitDTmfZY9KDZ0y694uZOdj-VlONObF7u3jZgs5r3EW1NzAB9oKNYcl8Pml-pQ4EmLKICVcQwR_iptU2f37vFR7in2M8sPArv2IpaN/w640-h568/IMG_6557.jpg" width="640" /></div><br />3. Toys and Activities<div>I wanted to include a few little toys and actives that the girls could do before or after the movie. They doubled as decorations too. It’s also always a good idea to have some little self serve toys for the littles that might need a break from movie watching since their attention spans aren’t always as long<br /><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhMKxqLZmkyxM3ErLORDi2BUogGVAFsto1-OXOyPkZDKIrYcRNH94CiWId2RaTCbGAjh8WYiBylS2D2rpdinu2VDpKO3um1nIQy2EJFOl8Aj-LceYTKFYpHr_QxK0pPcHnI6bZ_hWW2f5YU/s16000/IMG_6532.jpg" /></div><br />4. Ponies!<br />You just can’t have a My Little Pony night without some <a href="https://bit.ly/3zCqWuH">My Little Pony figurines</a> right? I collected these as a child and I love to see my girls playing with them now too. We especially love the big set that came with 6 ponies. They have real hair that the girls love to brush and braid. These would also be so cute to gift as party favors for any guests that came! Both <a href="https://bit.ly/3zCqWuH"></a><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div>My Little Pony collections are exclusive to Target too!<br /><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjzP8hrHFu9Rnknlsyi7EDdJnGxdyVbcD77Z-vt0n8AUtPLWK1qORzIXi2Bf8kUSWNjYyyFkrEOLSMXk0pRrDPoUqsch5UJvmQtKNCYQChD3Qrwe-w5DmZ7A6JN1jM_1Sss7hs_5cgXJAMn/s2048/image+2.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2048" data-original-width="1572" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjzP8hrHFu9Rnknlsyi7EDdJnGxdyVbcD77Z-vt0n8AUtPLWK1qORzIXi2Bf8kUSWNjYyyFkrEOLSMXk0pRrDPoUqsch5UJvmQtKNCYQChD3Qrwe-w5DmZ7A6JN1jM_1Sss7hs_5cgXJAMn/w493-h640/image+2.JPG" width="493" /></a></div>Celebration Stylisthttp://www.blogger.com/profile/16679600892370779814noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7162690769524381301.post-90308211818683125372020-12-03T20:00:00.006-05:002020-12-04T08:27:14.531-05:00The Perfect Christmas Gift<div style="text-align: center;"><i>This post is sponsored by Simple Mills but all opinions are my own.</i></div><div style="text-align: center;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhfmCwQP4Za_SpQUW-4fVuhtkaStUi-jyF8JOyIbkcnmE7GWuHMHyYiCy4UGgsac6q1spIH1uTIkE6hLSwEDEEoM89CQo1oYnW3EIR2cHVAcKfo-SNYRaTzY5WY0OL98T8hCMKiamftNn6u/w484-h640/simplemills1.jpg" /></div>I've said it before and I'll say it again, baked goods are the BEST gift for that person on your list that you just can't seem to shop for. We all have that person on our list. Now, imagine if you had all the money in the world and could buy whatever you wanted, and then someone brought you some fresh-baked brownies? You'd still be so happy about those brownies, wouldn't you? Mmmhmm. See! It's the perfect gift. For anyone!<div><div style="text-align: center;"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhWTI5TehiFCGMo628fVJTeO0JOc4zyeeExbzig9PxZ97LPIVN4Gh5S05I6JWHuVqzAERSQiPrEU0Y5PNZaT3tk0OXsD0lU7Vc45U0JLgZsAM7AM46O_KBIxsBcJQ_oL_yNv05_JV2Zyz2V/w402-h640/simplemills5.jpg" width="402" /></div><div>Now you shouldn't gift just any old brownies, we love <a href="https://bit.ly/39tBJ0w">Simple Mills brownies</a> and we love them for a lot of different reasons. Not only are they chocolatey deliciousness but the ingredients are so good, I love that these are made with almond flour! I'm very careful about what ingredients my kids and I put into our bodies. I won't buy anything artificial or with ingredients, I can't pronounce. And I wouldn't give anything but the best as a gift either. These brownies are simple yet delicious, made of high-quality, nutrient-dense ingredients! You can find them in the baking aisle at Target. I usually just order drive up though because that's about as easy as it gets.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjQKfo71UvE_lyTgQdhQNoX-6ThokWjmRVHw2HFGPfi189jBz3U8K0_oaVZVum034WceFM15ar-DgPQpb0D8uCMzF1NxmY-uLGqfiownvxr2Uf9Hd_4zVvo8U1xF4Pj1SxmjsZyShy2VGkm/s1200/simplemills3.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1200" data-original-width="900" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjQKfo71UvE_lyTgQdhQNoX-6ThokWjmRVHw2HFGPfi189jBz3U8K0_oaVZVum034WceFM15ar-DgPQpb0D8uCMzF1NxmY-uLGqfiownvxr2Uf9Hd_4zVvo8U1xF4Pj1SxmjsZyShy2VGkm/w480-h640/simplemills3.jpg" width="480" /></a></div>To make these little brownie presents, all you need to do is follow the directions on the back of the box. Then, let them cool completely before cutting them into squares. Add organic red food coloring to <a href="https://bit.ly/3mBLqOx">Simple Mills vanilla frosting </a>and mix. Once you reach your desired shade of red, put the icing in a plastic baggie, and snip off the corner. Pipe the icing on the brownie and top with a sugar bow decoration. I received product and compensation, but all opinions are my own.</i></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div>Every year I love to put together a little gingerbread house decorating party of some kind. It’s such a fun tradition that everyone loves. Since things are a little bit different this year, I wanted to turn this party idea into a “station.” A station can be accessed one at a time without anyone sitting so social distancing is easy. No matter what your holiday gatherings look like this year, this is a fun activity to help you get in the holiday spirit. <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiKUCpvFHD2b4Y8zdBtrExy0iFvHPB9D7gcgDdnovJf-4gu62C5Sz3iJaITlEN0qidn1su0SdmAkmuPa2_3D6OMMWVxh0E5OICJXXiolbi-EjmPODoo2n2bysGrgZ_vsFnHbqxBM_zr8O7c/s1200/gingerbreadhousestation.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="920" data-original-width="1200" height="490" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiKUCpvFHD2b4Y8zdBtrExy0iFvHPB9D7gcgDdnovJf-4gu62C5Sz3iJaITlEN0qidn1su0SdmAkmuPa2_3D6OMMWVxh0E5OICJXXiolbi-EjmPODoo2n2bysGrgZ_vsFnHbqxBM_zr8O7c/w640-h490/gingerbreadhousestation.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><div><br /><b>Snacks: </b>It’s a great idea to have snacks while you decorate the gingerbread houses. In keeping with the theme, <a href="https://nonnis.com/products/gingerbread-biscotti/?utm_source=Celebration%20Stylist&utm_medium=Social&utm_campaign=Wave%203" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Nonni's Gingerbread Biscotti</a> is perfect for the occasion. These Biscotti are made with crunchy California almonds, real molasses and premium spices dipped in gourmet white icing. They are individually wrapped which is great for a grab and go station like this. Each box of Nonni’s Biscotti contains eight convenient portion-packs and each portion-pack contains one biscotti averaging 110 calories. You can serve with coffee or hot chocolate for the ultimate warm holiday treat. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjRzCTivGi_FTk8A7vQfxyceGAznq2RfPRUHccfRwJmnoc6lzsfRnWiYasUhIxEG_9XXB7BniqaLxSJbSM_UaagZxlwTJ8FpN6y7enr6WWNXbgrUtwV3FO9sm6T8NEsSFngHKuew1SIMuEg/s1200/gingerbreadhousedecorationstation.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1200" data-original-width="1077" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjRzCTivGi_FTk8A7vQfxyceGAznq2RfPRUHccfRwJmnoc6lzsfRnWiYasUhIxEG_9XXB7BniqaLxSJbSM_UaagZxlwTJ8FpN6y7enr6WWNXbgrUtwV3FO9sm6T8NEsSFngHKuew1SIMuEg/w574-h640/gingerbreadhousedecorationstation.jpg" width="574" /></a></div><div><b>Decorations: </b>The decorations don’t have to be complicated or elaborate because the gingerbread houses and candies are almost decorative enough on their own. A few bottle brush trees and maybe a garland or two will make this activity station holiday ready. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjWL4XYGvGgRzWg6fc_YHYD2UOGGO6xQGT7xxKiYgv5OKwOJDOkAI9Vgd4VV9dh_eJLtFEcKrLUtIXMmRf2QhW7HivkKq4OQfBf4gI9u-wNK_o1xstMeiz4chNOBoNKXJUvG_dpxdHUbGCI/s1200/gingerbreadparty.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1200" data-original-width="1200" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjWL4XYGvGgRzWg6fc_YHYD2UOGGO6xQGT7xxKiYgv5OKwOJDOkAI9Vgd4VV9dh_eJLtFEcKrLUtIXMmRf2QhW7HivkKq4OQfBf4gI9u-wNK_o1xstMeiz4chNOBoNKXJUvG_dpxdHUbGCI/w640-h640/gingerbreadparty.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><div><b>Supplies:</b> I like to use mini pre-assembled gingerbread houses for a party station like this. They’re less time consuming to decorate but still fun. Have a few tubes of icing in different colors and several different types of colorful candies. Leave a stack of plates on the table so guests to grab a <a href="https://nonnis.com/products/gingerbread-biscotti/?utm_source=Celebration%20Stylist&utm_medium=Social&utm_campaign=Wave%203" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Nonni's Gingerbread Biscotti,</a> mini gingerbread house, icing tube, and scoop of candy all on one plate. </div><div><div style="text-align: center;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgPHF5FkARWxh1HhE3jRKJO2oLtWJZFH12WNkjtdf9IhFGe3ST-w4R3qxjzCQG6jQs5INdLvbMsXwhaamdfuTDun14FjhHFx-mmoqolRdI72dvNuQEZD6vSpNrnFBrZGR9ucwKm61iNj0Ee/w480-h640/nonnisgingerbread.jpg" /></div><br />You and your loved ones can get creative as you decorate your gingerbread houses while enjoying festive holiday flavors as you snack on <a href="https://nonnis.com/products/gingerbread-biscotti/?utm_source=Celebration%20Stylist&utm_medium=Social&utm_campaign=Wave%203" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Nonni's Gingerbread Biscotti</a>. We really have so much to celebrate. I'm looking forward to hosting a smaller version of our annual Christmas party again this year. These two simple and festive recipes will definitely be part of the gathering. I created a savory cheese spread and a sweet, festive snack for dessert. Having foods that coordinate with the theme and decor is one of my favorite things. It makes for great photos and guests enjoy it too. Both recipes are below. I was able to find all of the ingredients at Target. Make sure to check the Target app weekly for new Circle offers. <br /><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><img border="0" height="554" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi4MPnZdnLMr-5NkoQQcGEuUI0hZCHpN_7qPk_-BLAdtTQLY-wpS8QxJ4OLe0ObycZvNaw7qt896orTGSSD3KAt0olUenI15aMmoZJp5gZB4ub3u-y2JyENpvM1yGtOyjfFBoGscfcvaZPC/w640-h554/xmas-1.jpg" width="640" /></div><h4 style="text-align: left;">WHEAT THINS® Gruyere Pinecone Spread</h4>2 pkg. Evite always makes party planning so much easier. There's no ordering, printing, stuffing, addressing, and stamping. Just make a few clicks and your invitations are sent. I use <a href="https://www.evite.com/c/flavoryourwinter" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Evite</a> for almost all of my parties and I don't think I'll ever turn back. This is the one I'm eyeing for this year's smaller gathering. No matter the size of the party, a cute invitation really sets the tone for an event, even if it’s just something as simple as a family gathering at someone’s house. Make sure to look at all the other ideas on Evite for holiday entertaining as well!<br /><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjNPSmGPNS0kd48nop27Ez1hBDxtAdg6iqNCfdWfhZK_lOlJok37aDE-g2s5JblXPDDlVukn1zLLd2NVMltiEjPrv30F9BHc1PHi26-2jasejQrW4M45eDntjYtT4ELqxCaYgmT3FFNQIco/w640-h248/evite.jpg" /></div><br />One more simple tip is to style your festive foods on a small table in front of your Christmas tree for great photos. With such a gorgeous backdrop you will only need a few small decorations on the table making this a great hack for simplicity and a wow factor your guests will appreciate. <br /><br />Want to #FlavorYourWinterAtTarget? I usually love to do it up for my birthday every year and throw a party or host a dinner. This year, with Covid numbers continuously on the rise, I knew it wasn't a good idea. Even so, after an 6 month summer, virtual school with my Kindergartener for 2.5 months, a puppy, and a toddler, truth be told, I was not up for a party anyway. Even a simple dinner sounded daunting and exhausting. With all that being said, I still wanted to celebrate and catch a break, I just really needed a break. I had the idea of a staycation to Palm Beach. We had talked about it so many times and this was the perfect opportunity. </p><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj5hERvfIoypkYulUn8zTte36xPdNYVB4IC2y6SSVbJ8l3xr-3oqrDEhfHDEFyIGyV7h2x1oE4WELTDDuZhQSKjDYR0Kc4oJLAU8reI33r3Bo_9lTnGSP50yQ510M3LzZhioLkEliArqpwi/s1997/palmbeach.jpeg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1997" data-original-width="1125" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj5hERvfIoypkYulUn8zTte36xPdNYVB4IC2y6SSVbJ8l3xr-3oqrDEhfHDEFyIGyV7h2x1oE4WELTDDuZhQSKjDYR0Kc4oJLAU8reI33r3Bo_9lTnGSP50yQ510M3LzZhioLkEliArqpwi/w360-h640/palmbeach.jpeg" width="360" /></a></div><div><p>Palm Beach is so beautiful and has so much to offer, just 40 minutes away from home. So we dropped the kids off at Grandma and Grandpas and hit the road. I wanted a hotel on the beach (that's a must) that was nice but wouldn't break the bank. That is exactly what we found at <a href="https://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/pbisg-palm-beach-marriott-singer-island-beach-resort-and-spa/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">The Marriott Palm Beach on Singer Island</a>. We got a 2 bedroom suite with my hubby, bestie, and her husband. We had a gorgeous wrap around balcony with views of the beach and the intracoastal. You have to go check out my instagram Palm Beach highlight to see this. The room also had a kitchen, living area, and laundry which is perfect for families too. Here are some fun new ways we came up with to celebrate. <br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEibkPIPugYhnIPKd-9M-YLqAspBjcUTCZXQ0qOzjU6eQZZS_m_9pOAcnYQJcsaZTy-sON21TgyzB0RgpV4N1Yc_lXuQFAblnRxrc8ZkoHvPhO6BpL_nV17ieWNZNGC7vXdl1afSzPV5eAo0/s1500/hersheys-5.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1442" data-original-width="1500" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEibkPIPugYhnIPKd-9M-YLqAspBjcUTCZXQ0qOzjU6eQZZS_m_9pOAcnYQJcsaZTy-sON21TgyzB0RgpV4N1Yc_lXuQFAblnRxrc8ZkoHvPhO6BpL_nV17ieWNZNGC7vXdl1afSzPV5eAo0/s16000/hersheys-5.jpg" /></a></div><h4 style="text-align: left;">Cookie Decorating</h4><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj-sL8b4VIFd5zTqW418oTSWMrT8DbeS_KR34JLJq-d4U4ZMfT_SBlNCjiofvuXC5KjE8MD4sYQLGAGxUmTvwk4QHgc_52T4ErB3lLylp_zBY_Tp8raKDNW0DN0BTDGrV2f0-tCDJyEMRQ0/s1500/hersheys-3.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1500" data-original-width="1125" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj-sL8b4VIFd5zTqW418oTSWMrT8DbeS_KR34JLJq-d4U4ZMfT_SBlNCjiofvuXC5KjE8MD4sYQLGAGxUmTvwk4QHgc_52T4ErB3lLylp_zBY_Tp8raKDNW0DN0BTDGrV2f0-tCDJyEMRQ0/w480-h640/hersheys-3.jpg" width="480" /></a></div><div><br /></div>Decorating cookies is a fun way to celebrate the days leading up to Halloween. I shared this on Instagram but I wanted to share it here too. To “boo” someone, fill up a cute bucket with goodies like Halloween HERSHEYs and REESES or those decorated cookies you made and drop it off on a friend’s doorstep. Ring the doorbell, and then run! You can even boo your kids at home as a special Halloween treat. I love doing this with my kids on October 1st each year. </div><div><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj9VHID2M7POfRFndtuDxNFi5gc2Ai1OtRhEWLcAMCfXYSyQe4QREWxECpPp7NbVu4hhPEMVCnv3GfQyb60SLpP-vtmdlr5vzyGbztCwIvq3TTi_cfIaKuAP3xX7rWHLm0fEzgjYCEk761C/s2048/625FCD34-77AD-406A-9245-199CFCB68A46.JPG" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="2048" data-original-width="2048" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj9VHID2M7POfRFndtuDxNFi5gc2Ai1OtRhEWLcAMCfXYSyQe4QREWxECpPp7NbVu4hhPEMVCnv3GfQyb60SLpP-vtmdlr5vzyGbztCwIvq3TTi_cfIaKuAP3xX7rWHLm0fEzgjYCEk761C/w640-h640/625FCD34-77AD-406A-9245-199CFCB68A46.JPG" width="640" /></a></div><div><div><h4 style="text-align: left;">Trick or Treat Cookies</h4>Here's another fun cookie idea that has become a tradition in this house the day after Halloween each year. This is the best way to use up your extra Halloween or Trick or Treating candy and it couldn't be easier. </div><div><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEieREgLB1x-8z_4-znFjcc-djGrkfP2nejBb0XZN7zlGsAw9gY0nfMyS6LETB-_ScG7_G7vostZGehyphenhyphent6i8Frz7w_SsB-uFB7NMUUIbBzHQIk_L9MCYmgDnx1Ja7VhGIJlK5dNJOqLR19sj/s1500/hersheys-7.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1500" data-original-width="1125" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEieREgLB1x-8z_4-znFjcc-djGrkfP2nejBb0XZN7zlGsAw9gY0nfMyS6LETB-_ScG7_G7vostZGehyphenhyphent6i8Frz7w_SsB-uFB7NMUUIbBzHQIk_L9MCYmgDnx1Ja7VhGIJlK5dNJOqLR19sj/w480-h640/hersheys-7.jpg" width="480" /></a></div><div><br />1. Let cool and serve! <br /><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><img border="0" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgcK63e62irvmGw4bRCPf85FGd4AedFnJJqc82MOR2kdcCl2WDUUw2qNCs50Ok1lS20S710IzVMpkExHgqrXm5etvh3Zt1G_FFqxsiBQuUVbhqLhURi47hMT726it8LCEdyDzde7eIgBlU-/w480-h640/hersheys-8.jpg" width="480" /></div>I hope this inspires you to celebrate Halloween this year. Put on a costume, snap some pics, and try some of these ideas. I promise it will put a smile on anyone's face. My best advice is to make sure you stock up on Halloween goodies early so you don’t miss all the good stuff! Daily Calendar</h4><div>I created this for my daughter who will be home doing school virtually for at least 6 weeks. I thought it would be fun for her morning routine each day. It's simple and inexpensive to DIY. First <a href="https://getyourconfetti.com/pages/confetti-printables-membership" target="_blank">join the confetti </a>and download the printables, located under "back to school". Then just pop the first page in a <a href="https://bit.ly/3iXJMUR" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">tabletop</a> or <a href="https://bit.ly/2E3nnqJ" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">wall mounted</a> acrylic sign holder and cut out the rest of the pieces. Use a hot glue gun to attach <a href="https://bit.ly/34eQt0V" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">mini clothespins</a> to the acrylic, wherever needed. You can laminate the attachments for more durability.</div><div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgF5YVwx_Q-KG5gZ-CPbq8QRQAplom6RdvtEBzKZSeDuNvXgYSMyLW4Ojo1WG5Ff6UjU7GaWqgP-Z2xsnADc8YVUktB1bfSdELXSOqwjCna8arOIIuiw1MNzvb933SRgkV5F78dJH0KFk0X/s2000/Flags.jpg"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgF5YVwx_Q-KG5gZ-CPbq8QRQAplom6RdvtEBzKZSeDuNvXgYSMyLW4Ojo1WG5Ff6UjU7GaWqgP-Z2xsnADc8YVUktB1bfSdELXSOqwjCna8arOIIuiw1MNzvb933SRgkV5F78dJH0KFk0X/w320-h247/Flags.jpg" /></a></div>Are you on our email list? I planned this modern woodland baby shower for my best friend, in my home. I styled this <a href="https://www.thecelebrationstylist.com/2016/06/blog-post.html" target="_blank">boho baby shower for a girl</a> for her first born a few years back. I have two daughters so planning a shower for a baby boy is a fun challenge for me. This <a href="https://www.thecelebrationstylist.com/2020/02/black-and-white-baby-shower-for-boy.html" target="_blank">black and white boy baby shower</a> was the only other baby shower I had ever styled for a boy. I really like to style baby showers around the baby's future nursery so that it fits the mom's style. Often, pieces from the baby shower can be repurposed for the room too. She wanted a woodland animals theme which I just loved the idea of. I tried not to go overboard on the blue and focused on neutrals and wood tones for a modern boho vibe. </div><div><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg8VvDZ2ztS8wmRrnh1Mq8saBXOURdt0emdckL5342B-czornGmXigo0bvII5r32vzLRDORB6CZoRAIqpJPISxyp6SFZ3KNy9e00XbDfy51ppcYLip9u0pApHMsVESrjUG93W1lW1RRln9K/s2048/IMG_3618.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: center;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1557" data-original-width="2048" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg8VvDZ2ztS8wmRrnh1Mq8saBXOURdt0emdckL5342B-czornGmXigo0bvII5r32vzLRDORB6CZoRAIqpJPISxyp6SFZ3KNy9e00XbDfy51ppcYLip9u0pApHMsVESrjUG93W1lW1RRln9K/d/IMG_3618.jpg" /></a><br /><div><br /></div><div>Instead of a backdrop, I opted for some woodland animal prints from <a href="https://bit.ly/30WbTOc" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Minted</a> that she will be able to use in the baby's room. They had so many cute options, it was hard for me to choose but I ended up with the <a href="https://bit.ly/3gY1neP" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">baby deer</a> and <a href="https://bit.ly/3apARIL" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">baby fox</a>. I styled them on the entryway table to my home with the cake and a few other accessories. I used a custom color wool ball garland from <a href="https://bit.ly/2FqkMaz" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Glitter Party Co</a> to tie in the blue from the cake. Wool ball garlands look so cute in baby nurseries too! The woodland vase I picked up from Anthropologie {no longer available} and filled with some fall dried plants from Trader Joes. </div><div><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhCeHCH_RrCiZNFJxfGEQmtAG__SsywbF4okJqgkLZX349CQgCp2qTREpUmiyIfiegsf0qM8MjjEi1ouRZ8utHDG2bHLHi7s_GvGq3X7c33igsJZC_O5VZlzCtmY15BGuncnGElwtJgs2uX/s2048/IMG_3565.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1365" data-original-width="2048" height="427" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhCeHCH_RrCiZNFJxfGEQmtAG__SsywbF4okJqgkLZX349CQgCp2qTREpUmiyIfiegsf0qM8MjjEi1ouRZ8utHDG2bHLHi7s_GvGq3X7c33igsJZC_O5VZlzCtmY15BGuncnGElwtJgs2uX/w640-h427/IMG_3565.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhZDDtfdn9ec2AMrnX2VYAFOoBG5oae_kqcdIMfNfEvPbHdpGCBhJAHsMcI70yYz5YYLEyzdRx5snQKPTU5pkLfvvAvz4jeKu-422Ed_IB8zo31DTl4Prjqn_RK3hyphenhyphenqFp7vyGMAnYFbS_Nt/s2048/IMG_3553.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1365" data-original-width="2048" height="427" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhZDDtfdn9ec2AMrnX2VYAFOoBG5oae_kqcdIMfNfEvPbHdpGCBhJAHsMcI70yYz5YYLEyzdRx5snQKPTU5pkLfvvAvz4jeKu-422Ed_IB8zo31DTl4Prjqn_RK3hyphenhyphenqFp7vyGMAnYFbS_Nt/w640-h427/IMG_3553.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><br />For the guest tables, as with most parties in my home, we moved all of the furniture to accommodate the tables in one long row so that everyone was sitting together. The stunning paperware is from <a href="https://harlowandgrey.com/collections/baby-showers" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Harlow and Grey</a>. I use this company quite often for parties because it's inexpensive but they're so beautiful that they still elevate the look of any occasion. For centerpieces, I picked up some ferns and put them in these white planters that I had left over from <a href="https://www.thecelebrationstylist.com/2019/04/my-colorful-baby-sprinkle.html" target="_blank">my own baby shower.</a> They were beautiful and cost effective. I also scattered some woodland creatures that I found in my mom's Christmas ornament closet. It was such a great find. I received product and compensation, but all opinions are my own. <br /></i><br />Even with lockdown measures slowly lifting, we still have big plans for no plans for the foreseeable future. We have started to get used to this new normal and are embracing it for what it is. With that being said, we really do miss our family and friends a whole lot. We make an effort to connect daily via text or phone and weekly via Zoom. After several weeks of quarantine, here are some tips I have learned to make the Zoom happy hour experience even more fun. <br /><br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiOa_Vy32ztRMaHAf_1x15ZpNEySdh7mpOuUFg_pYumOuqPNjwFoIZXY5ut1jGbShUbVcVy5W-WYVw32IVZxDNk5B9FdjvQKIjAku6uutgmsAZcMrgEMgEW-__tSaBHZIS8A1ZSP-TM1FjG/s1500/Nonnis-3.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1500" data-original-width="1365" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiOa_Vy32ztRMaHAf_1x15ZpNEySdh7mpOuUFg_pYumOuqPNjwFoIZXY5ut1jGbShUbVcVy5W-WYVw32IVZxDNk5B9FdjvQKIjAku6uutgmsAZcMrgEMgEW-__tSaBHZIS8A1ZSP-TM1FjG/d/Nonnis-3.jpg" /></a></div>1. First and foremost, pour yourself a drink and grab your favorite snack. I love to have a glass of wine and a couple of <a href="https://bit.ly/3eAyeVF" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Nonni’s</a> Cioccolati Biscotti on our virtual happy hour calls. The Cioccolati flavor is the classic original biscotti dipped in gourmet bittersweet chocolate. Each biscotti only has 110 calories, and is delicious with only real ingredients like eggs, butter and sugar. It’s the perfect way to wind down after a long day at home with the kids.<div><font face="Helvetica"><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiBb1mmush75Dn0gF1OFd6Pwg89Pqsryqdc2n0yI5sBwmCTsRzdJFrY59qL6X_ssjnxhTmDEgcT2gvxRMegnHOdxPHBkSp3hHJbclQFYyWrF7XeB01nvOBzYwHacphR5EJ7BiHgsr0PCS-T/s1500/Nonnis-6.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1500" data-original-width="1125" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiBb1mmush75Dn0gF1OFd6Pwg89Pqsryqdc2n0yI5sBwmCTsRzdJFrY59qL6X_ssjnxhTmDEgcT2gvxRMegnHOdxPHBkSp3hHJbclQFYyWrF7XeB01nvOBzYwHacphR5EJ7BiHgsr0PCS-T/w480-h640/Nonnis-6.jpg" width="480" /></a></div></font></div>2. Use your laptop or iPad instead of your phone – it makes the whole experience wayyyy better.<br /><br />3. Find a fun Zoom backdrop to imagine you’re somewhere besides your house. It’s a great conversation starter too.<br /><div><div><div class="separator" style="-webkit-text-stroke: rgb(0, 0, 0); clear: both; font-family: helvetica; font-size: 14.5px; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg2QRmmIMsg-SombQL9YwS3V7njZFnp2iVLUgzs3SYM09jd21xaa9IDf5R1_6fS9rvEHREUaTVpqDS8xZYzSnd9jxnxqYGzIySoI93ZpwU1Gp4qBgSt8V7jy3FcSAcIXpEo7cM9paTeKcZD/s1500/Nonnis-4.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1309" data-original-width="1500" height="558" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg2QRmmIMsg-SombQL9YwS3V7njZFnp2iVLUgzs3SYM09jd21xaa9IDf5R1_6fS9rvEHREUaTVpqDS8xZYzSnd9jxnxqYGzIySoI93ZpwU1Gp4qBgSt8V7jy3FcSAcIXpEo7cM9paTeKcZD/w640-h558/Nonnis-4.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><br />4. Designate a “host” {usually the person who invites everyone} and that person can lead the opening conversations to avoid everyone talking over each other. Try to keep the guest list under 10 people, above that, things can get a little tricky. <br /><br />5. Our favorite Zoom happy hour activities are games that we can all play together. You can find so many different ones if you Google it.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj4mbjqF4rjqW3ySJapP20giNH5D5MnCk6InjJ2Zq_Uz5GI8yD-tSOcHSHZyF3bWdgkGVlnmS8bWryOqqayq0nWHkHl9cDH96s0qj-jTdaaVLUI4HPm0IeeS1hCam0bIm8K4AA9YlZPZjDb/s1500/Nonnis-1.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1125" data-original-width="1500" height="480" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj4mbjqF4rjqW3ySJapP20giNH5D5MnCk6InjJ2Zq_Uz5GI8yD-tSOcHSHZyF3bWdgkGVlnmS8bWryOqqayq0nWHkHl9cDH96s0qj-jTdaaVLUI4HPm0IeeS1hCam0bIm8K4AA9YlZPZjDb/w640-h480/Nonnis-1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br /></div><div>6, Make it a weekly thing! We have a standing invitation now and anyone that can make it, pops in! Maybe we would head to an Irish pub but that was the extent of it. Now that we have 2 kids and that isn't an option, we have some new traditions. We never let a holiday go by without a celebration with the kids and St. Patrick's Day is no exception.<br />
<h4 style="text-align: center;">
St Patrick's Day Activities for Toddlers</h4>
1. <b>Playdate</b> - Playdates with friends or even just mom, are a fun way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day with toddlers. It can feel like a party even if it's not. You could have a little rainbow fruit skewer snack and do a rainbow dot paint art project. Baking something festive is another fun idea. You could even make simple little leprechaun traps. Pinterest has so many cute things to try.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEilYrVljvzxw7rgKNJkXQGDWLNTdG020mqXp_-rIQL2vBYvckMekJ10TTQx3Djwd2y0MduAda4nam2S9MI3L_EW48Q_IA8URq8uuPN3hfIC5h-J8y7-yoPzrWwtkeCLj1YYFYgg0V2AbyQ0/s1600/KidsStPatricksDay0007.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" height="426" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEilYrVljvzxw7rgKNJkXQGDWLNTdG020mqXp_-rIQL2vBYvckMekJ10TTQx3Djwd2y0MduAda4nam2S9MI3L_EW48Q_IA8URq8uuPN3hfIC5h-J8y7-yoPzrWwtkeCLj1YYFYgg0V2AbyQ0/s640/KidsStPatricksDay0007.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
2.<b> Breakfast</b> - We love to do a fun holiday breakfast for most holidays. It's a fun way to kick off the day. You could do green milk or green pancakes with food coloring or maybe lucky charms for breakfast. If you're not into any of that, you can just do your regular breakfast with a fun set up like this to celebrate.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiXNeEdqYtnDIYiuAFXGwg1tJHLQAd_zTuepZoLtH0dftY_c_a8r0_nWbmHdKDNR_cKb_qsVhkOwLqLNOFNnP9UUzU-FEeG5VthgCT7SYlj78XcCpOK3pJ1x8qk5MNmO0J_kkX59Onf8d9y/s1600/KidsStPatricksDay0019.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1067" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiXNeEdqYtnDIYiuAFXGwg1tJHLQAd_zTuepZoLtH0dftY_c_a8r0_nWbmHdKDNR_cKb_qsVhkOwLqLNOFNnP9UUzU-FEeG5VthgCT7SYlj78XcCpOK3pJ1x8qk5MNmO0J_kkX59Onf8d9y/s640/KidsStPatricksDay0019.jpg" width="426" /></a></div>
3. <b>Decorate</b> - We don't go too crazy with decorations for this one but we usually print out a few printables from <a href="https://www.blogger.com/"><span id="goog_1046431419"></span>Cue the Confetti<span id="goog_1046431420"></span></a> and hang some garlands. This year I also grabbed a couple of hand towels for the kitchen from the Target dollar spot.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgLb0jzEeCTWO5MszTb3s-d17taN2dwOYZx_mUXn5UVVtLjZC2RHyNjB-5poAa_timQAaHHbP8ZlFdcrR7M3KPV-HyUVjEXVbZzegtW0zfh21-njiQ3gt6Z5PF1d_Ic8Fan-_J8mbv1yi8i/s1600/KidsStPatricksDay0039.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1067" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgLb0jzEeCTWO5MszTb3s-d17taN2dwOYZx_mUXn5UVVtLjZC2RHyNjB-5poAa_timQAaHHbP8ZlFdcrR7M3KPV-HyUVjEXVbZzegtW0zfh21-njiQ3gt6Z5PF1d_Ic8Fan-_J8mbv1yi8i/s640/KidsStPatricksDay0039.jpg" width="426" /></a></div>
4. <b>Leprechaun Mess</b> - We have a leprechaun named "Lucky" that comes to visit us the night before St. Patrick's Day. He make a big confetti mess and drops chocolate gold coins and green footprints in his path. He usually leaves rainbow art supplies for the girls. Visit our <a href="https://www.amazon.com/shop/celebrationstylist?listId=2OGHKJDH8J635" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Amazon storefront</a> for some of the things we recommend. It's such a fun thing for the kids to look forward to.<br />

It was held in my home after school on a weekday, just for fun. The kids ages ranged from 2-9 so I wanted to make sure that the activities that we had would be fun for everyone and that the moms had fun too.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhHl0TCSMzVr1Qb5yenSD0GqYf6B_VxzVA6BLLl_paLsAH_JoaJWyXt33EGcHwW4Kbmctdhe21ZSmVrvbX1dAOvCKNbvjiDdosmlLjMIZ0l27l8T3ksphsEA4njLBh2RNvEJGJWXSgpPAnv/s1600/KidsStPatricksDay6456.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhHl0TCSMzVr1Qb5yenSD0GqYf6B_VxzVA6BLLl_paLsAH_JoaJWyXt33EGcHwW4Kbmctdhe21ZSmVrvbX1dAOvCKNbvjiDdosmlLjMIZ0l27l8T3ksphsEA4njLBh2RNvEJGJWXSgpPAnv/s1600/KidsStPatricksDay6456.jpg" /></a></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
1. Kids Activities - The key to hosting a party that both moms and kids will enjoy is having self serve activities that the kids can do by themselves. For this St. Patrick's Day party, I wanted to have several activity options for the kids to keep them busy. I ordered a cookie kit on Etsy with plain cookies, pre-filled icing bags, and sprinkles. You could ask any Etsy baker if they'd be able to make it for you but I've linked the seller I purchased from <a href="https://bit.ly/2xYJJ9d" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a>.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
I also ordered plain cupcakes from the grocery store {Publix} with the icing on the side for another fun thing to decorate. We separated the marshmallows out of a box of Lucky Charms {my 5 year old actually loved this project} and put them on everyones plates so they could use those on any of their creations too. Lastly, we gave each person a treat cup with Fruit Loops and yarn taped on the end with scotch tap to easily create Fruit Loop necklaces or bracelets. The activities were a hit and kept everyone happy and BUSY!<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgjQAv3a19iP5g6kHu1hdA1wKoYor0TfIR2WoORhFvKI-fq1HxW1VhLXgDmKX4bGSHgI_v51s9hHB9JVkL6k9L1VNK1XieUIAyIs9GE6Gz_KpD1lIZ7XPLyIY5X7izz1zqMo7xsj6Ros1qG/s1600/KidsStPatricksDay6471.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgjQAv3a19iP5g6kHu1hdA1wKoYor0TfIR2WoORhFvKI-fq1HxW1VhLXgDmKX4bGSHgI_v51s9hHB9JVkL6k9L1VNK1XieUIAyIs9GE6Gz_KpD1lIZ7XPLyIY5X7izz1zqMo7xsj6Ros1qG/s640/KidsStPatricksDay6471.jpg" width="480" /></a></div>
</div>
<div>
2. Decorations - For decorations, I really focused on the table itself. We used a white tablecloth so that the <a href="https://re-play.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Re-Play</a> rainbow color plates would pop. I used Re-Play for <a href="https://www.thecelebrationstylist.com/2019/06/rainbow-first-birthday-party-ideas.html" target="_blank">this party</a> too. The divided plates were so perfect for the activities and the guests could take them home if they wanted. I also used a gold sequin runner down the table and a DIY rainbow that I made as the centerpiece.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Behind the table I used a clover garland that I made with my Cricut, a rainbow wool ball garland from Pearl and Jane and a long piece of pink fabric fringe. Then I blew up some rainbow color balloons and filled a plastic black pot (from Halloween) with gold balloons and gold coins.<br />

3. Bar Cart - I kept the bar cart simple with a print from Cue the Confetti and some chocolate gold coins and rose for the mamas. If the kids are happy then the moms are happy so that's all we needed. We talked for hours while the kids played.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgqCZYCDrmuA8dBhAvjPrxKQIbCxgd2tn2_c8yv-T3H4F7MvmZHRymrdFVZODSw4rjvqiSpDBflM2VlmVv-Ek4_182DMG1QbGTla6rhNu-jmJPJDATLddQhYjMJ87FgOznzuhB16mMYQ1KX/s1600/KidsStPatricksDay748.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1280" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgqCZYCDrmuA8dBhAvjPrxKQIbCxgd2tn2_c8yv-T3H4F7MvmZHRymrdFVZODSw4rjvqiSpDBflM2VlmVv-Ek4_182DMG1QbGTla6rhNu-jmJPJDATLddQhYjMJ87FgOznzuhB16mMYQ1KX/s640/KidsStPatricksDay748.jpg" width="512" /></a></div>
</div>
<div>
4. Food - The party was at 3:00pm, not during a mealtime, so I just had a small grazing board focused on the kids but that the moms could enjoy too. I kept with the rainbow theme here too. The kids ate everything but the oranges, I should have peeled those for them ahead of time.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiR56vfv1IASlbqtV5arAloBT8HvRHpukUqnvPUo0041mYUjC-9CMjiucQ8m1ywpjz29NXzsX7lSHzVRo1cD0un2KhIU6IPBUeDBGVo0KlDNoUpQnHNFWy1Gq3lhKTEpejg-OImUtD4bqXR/s1600/KidsStPatricksDay6474.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiR56vfv1IASlbqtV5arAloBT8HvRHpukUqnvPUo0041mYUjC-9CMjiucQ8m1ywpjz29NXzsX7lSHzVRo1cD0un2KhIU6IPBUeDBGVo0KlDNoUpQnHNFWy1Gq3lhKTEpejg-OImUtD4bqXR/s640/KidsStPatricksDay6474.jpg" width="480" /></a></div>
</div>
<div>
5. Favors - For party favors, I always try to give nicer goodies that I know the kids will use and love. For this little St. Patrick's Day party, we gave the kids the cutest glitter pens and rainbow notebooks from <a href="https://www.ooly.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Ooly</a>. I also ordered some St. Patrick's Day temporary tattoos and stickers on Amazon. For a touch of whimsy, I found these cute little glass bottles at Hobby Lobby that I filled with gold glitter. I packaged everything in a cello bag and used yarn to tie it shut. The kids busted into them on their way out the door so I think they liked them!<br />

This was such a fun Frozen birthday party idea. We gave out these Olaf playdo kits for Lilah's 5th <a href="https://www.thecelebrationstylist.com/2020/03/frozen-birthday-party-with-snow.html" target="_blank">Frozen birthday party</a>. I try to be very intentional about the party favors we give out at our parties. I always want it to be something the kids with play with more than once that won't be just a waste. I don't even know how this idea popped into my head but I'm so glad it did, the kids really liked it and it perfectly fit the theme.<br />
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
The plastic jars I found on clearance at my local Michaels but I linked a similar one below. The labels I designed in Photoshop to match the "Do You Wanna Build a Snowman" sign from the <a href="https://www.thecelebrationstylist.com/2020/03/frozen-birthday-party-with-snow.html" target="_blank">party</a> and ordered from an online printer (try a place like Vistaprint or Printswell). The white play dough I found online <a href="https://www.lakeshorelearning.com/products/arts-crafts/dough-modeling-materials/lakeshore-dough-set2/p/AX30/" target="_blank">here</a> and it was perfect because they came pre-portioned in individual bags that just so happened to fit perfectly in the jars. I actually had no idea when I ordered it that it would work out that way but it was great that it did. If you're in a time crunch, I linked a regular bulk play dough bucket below with 2 day shipping, that you would just have to roll out into the right size on your own. </div>

My favorite part was the the super cute snowman accessories that I found on Amazon. I couldn't believe they had them, it was so perfect. Instead of including a top hat, we included 3 arms so one could be used a Olaf's hair and it sort of held him together too. The googly eyes you can find at any craft store or on Amazon as well. You could also use the buttons that come with the kit but we wanted it to be as close to Olaf as possible. I love how these turn out and please comment below if you have any questions!<br />

</div>
Lilah requested a FROZEN birthday party for her 5th birthday. Frozen is the theme I have done more than any other. When I owned my boutique, we hosted almost a years worth of "Frozen Royal Ball"s every Sunday in addition to countless birthday parties. Even still, I was so thrilled to style one just for her, years later. This party was unlike any other I've thrown before. With the exception of a small pool party or BBQ with adults, I almost never host birthday parties outside. I will publish another post with everything I learned about throwing an outdoor party.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
On Christmas Eve, Lilah's grandparents surprised her and Chloe with a big pile of real snow, delivered to our front yard in South Florida. It was easily on of the best nights of her life and we knew we wanted to do it again for her birthday party. What a perfect activity for a Frozen birthday party. Many of our guests had never even seen snow before so it was a really special day. They are still talking about it weeks later. In case you're wondering, it was not cold outside but the snow lasted until the next morning. For reference, we had 5 tons of snow delivered for about 20 kids and it was perfect.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjRyztGkyNO2FFePJSWdlDi_EK1vVOwZ01HQnXi-Ba4Yj3NTbxwNi8AZKZ2pp5-BpKAU14hpyU6BvUIIHuFoY2CJD9kkj5S_xB83OTBaWLmg7mKFN6NVboxgh6O9Q9o4CDC7F4TL0CpnQ3o/s1600/snowbirthdayparty.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjRyztGkyNO2FFePJSWdlDi_EK1vVOwZ01HQnXi-Ba4Yj3NTbxwNi8AZKZ2pp5-BpKAU14hpyU6BvUIIHuFoY2CJD9kkj5S_xB83OTBaWLmg7mKFN6NVboxgh6O9Q9o4CDC7F4TL0CpnQ3o/s640/snowbirthdayparty.JPG" width="480" /></a></div>
<br /></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
I received so many DMs on <a href="https://www.instagram.com/celebrationstylist/" target="_blank">Instagram</a> about where to find snow delivery in your area. To find a snow provider, all I did was google "Snow Delivery in South Florida" and then called around to the places that popped up. Its usually companies that sell bags of ice. They shave down the ice in a big machine on a truck and it shoots out as snow.<br />
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhiVzJLl3NslRYSkJIGj9CaG5fa8AZ3zw_gUw59lZwfQWtXMDd7yULw_hnqNjwMMBNfAF8s2nf62Syy4HMCMCaIIfwJIJ1-dCGh0ijL7h_qDNwxJjAFQQ9IXt4iDGdr6V1f4gyj_cyIvrPR/s1600/elsabirthdayparty.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1243" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhiVzJLl3NslRYSkJIGj9CaG5fa8AZ3zw_gUw59lZwfQWtXMDd7yULw_hnqNjwMMBNfAF8s2nf62Syy4HMCMCaIIfwJIJ1-dCGh0ijL7h_qDNwxJjAFQQ9IXt4iDGdr6V1f4gyj_cyIvrPR/s640/elsabirthdayparty.JPG" width="496" /></a></div>
<div class="" style="clear: both;">
Since this was on outdoor party, I didn't go crazy with decorations, which was admittedly difficult for me. We rented a big white tent that I decorated with a massive 15 foot balloon garland from <a href="http://bit.ly/diy-balloon-garland-kits" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Balloons and Weights</a>. They were able to customize a set for me that included metallic silver, clear, light blue, and baby blue plus a balloon strip and glue dots. I tied it on the frame of the entrance of the tent. Other than that, we had the most gorgeous plates and napkins from <a href="https://daydreamsociety.com/collections/frosted-collection" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Daydream Society</a>. The second I saw them, I knew they were absolutely perfect for a Frozen party. I also created a sign that said "Do You Wanna Build a Snowman?" that we stuck right in the snow.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhF6Tx8r8Q9ztXkyiTGNxQSZUWdEVEzqKbR4tyT5Q7xRnMkx2B_yU-FPA1G73hyphenhyphenaehC8SNdb4EMgkstzcFXIxkMPCgERw9dV13D8z4MKMUkuAjMn6zDRTfE0fplopVbxRJHLQdSzr9ZoXyP/s1600/frozen2party.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1200" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhF6Tx8r8Q9ztXkyiTGNxQSZUWdEVEzqKbR4tyT5Q7xRnMkx2B_yU-FPA1G73hyphenhyphenaehC8SNdb4EMgkstzcFXIxkMPCgERw9dV13D8z4MKMUkuAjMn6zDRTfE0fplopVbxRJHLQdSzr9ZoXyP/s640/frozen2party.JPG" width="480" /></a></div>
</div>
<div class="" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
The cake was a gorgeous ombre blue red velvet buttercream cake with white fondant snowflakes. She added "ice" made from sugar and I added the Elsa figurine and cardstock "5". We also had a dozen cupcakes to fill in the table which was great to have for anyone that needed to leave early, to take home with them. And lastly, we had these adorable snowman playdo sets that we made. The snow was really the main activity and that was really enough for the 2 hour party but I did have some cute sticker sheets and some snowflake flash tattoos in case anyone needed a break. It was a fantastic day and I learned that outdoor parties aren't as intimidating as they seem. I can't wait to see what 5 holds for my girl!</div>

She chose a "little man" theme in black and white with little bowties. I browsed Pinterest and was so inspired by this <a href="http://bloomdesignsonline.com/2016/07/black-and-white-bow-and-bow-tie-baby-shower.html">black and white baby shower</a>. Once I found these modern, bowtie napkins, {no longer available}, I decided it was a perfect fit. We kept it clean, modern, and simple and tried to keep it pretty inexpensive. Everything was black and white. The cupcakes and cake were both store bought and a friend made the cookies. I'm excited to share my baby shower hacks below.<br />
<div style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjB93pl5LzLOex5MwIGhoKrCDVb85fbg6hb3vnD7bF8uuc11v7w5aYsD73GqdC5YA-6ORH-l8iSouaIzGAwswaPlmC9ovf1yaLYmvp-sMmnzt8P-S7JkbZVv2eUSCbFCo65WvNjFn2Eog-j/s1600/BlackandWhiteBabyShower13.jpg"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjB93pl5LzLOex5MwIGhoKrCDVb85fbg6hb3vnD7bF8uuc11v7w5aYsD73GqdC5YA-6ORH-l8iSouaIzGAwswaPlmC9ovf1yaLYmvp-sMmnzt8P-S7JkbZVv2eUSCbFCo65WvNjFn2Eog-j/s1600/BlackandWhiteBabyShower13.jpg" /></a></div>

<h4>
These are my top tips from this Black and White Baby Shower for a Boy:</h4>
<div>
<br /></div>
1. Use a white foamboard propped against the wall for a backdrop. I added vinyl triangles that I cut out using my Cricut. <br />
<br />
2. Get a plain, white cake from the bakery and add a cute cake topper.<br />
<br />
3. Stack Oreo cookies in a cookie jar for an inexpensive dessert. <br />
<br />
4. A framed print is a great, inexpensive way to add a prop that ties in your theme.<br />
<br />
5. Spray painted train sets from Ikea make the cutest centerpieces for a round table, no matter your color scheme. <br />
<br />
6. Hide non-photo worth walls {like this one that had a soda machine on it} with a backdrop for <br />
photos. <br />
<br />
7. Wrap dollar store vases with wide black and white striped ribbon and glue with a glue gun.</div>

For Spring, I wanted to share some inspiration for a very important party with a purpose: A Dip and Donate Party. It’s a great way to join the fight against childhood cancer <a href="http://bit.ly/2OMz5I7">with Nonni’s Limone Biscotti in partnership with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation</a>. You might be wondering what a Dip and Donate party is. It’s easy and fun! Invite guests over for some refreshing drinks and light bites, then ask your guests to <a href="http://bit.ly/2OMz5I7">donate to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation</a> in lieu of a hostess gift. It’s really a win-win in every way!<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">

<a href="http://bit.ly/2OMz5I7">Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation</a> (ALSF) is a non-profit organization that funds impactful research to aid in the cure of childhood cancer. Nonni’s is celebrating another year of donations to such a worthy cause. This partnership is highlighted with ALSF branding on the Limone flavor of Nonni’s biscotti, which is perfect for a lemonade stand themed dip and donate party!<br />

If you are not familiar with biscotti, it’s a crunchy cookie, usually with a thin layer of icing or chocolate. It is traditionally intended to be “dipped” in your drink. Hence, “Dip and Donate.” Nonni’s is the best store bought biscotti, available in several different varieties. They are flavorful, crunchy and sweet, made from real eggs, butter and sugar. The limone flavor is a lemon cookie layered with white icing. Each box contains eight individually wrapped biscotti, around 110 calories each.</div>

<h4>
6 Easy Steps for Hosting Your Own Dip and Donate Party:</h4>
1. Invite guests into your home on a beautiful Spring day.<br />
<div>
2. <a href="http://bit.ly/2OMz5I7">Create a fundraiser page as part of Nonni’s Dip and Donate Campaign page</a>. Upon invitation, ask them to make a small donation to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation in lieu of a hostess gift. You can collect the funds and donate them on behalf of your friends or send them a direct link to your fundraiser page.<br />
3. Serve lemonade and Nonni’s Limone Biscotti. Unwrap each biscotti and display them on a snack board for a beautifully, elevated look. <br />
4. Add flowers, lemons, and a cute lemonade stand sign for decor.<br />
5. Don’t forget the plates, napkins and cups. When serving biscotti, I recommend a shorter, wider cup for your guests to use for dipping!<br />
6. If you collected donations, after your event, log on to the <a href="http://bit.ly/2OMz5I7">Nonni’s Dip and Donate Campaign page</a> or your personal fundraiser page on Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation’s website to donate the collected funds.<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">

Want to help the cause even more? For every social post that tags @NonnisFoods, @AlexsLemonade and #DipandDonate between now and Dec. 31, 2020, Nonni’s will donate $1 per social share to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. I encourage you to host your very own Dip and Donate party this season, but if you can’t and you’d still like to donate, you can do so on my fundraiser page <a href="https://www.alexslemonade.org/mypage/2070943" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a>.</div>

Don't tell my hubby but I think I'm starting to love Galentine's Day even more than Valentine's Day. I love all the pink and hearts! And who doesn't love an excuse for a girls night? If you're hosting a Galentine's Day party with your best gals (and you totally should), here's what you need to get.<br />
<h4>
1. Donuts</h4>
Much like this <a href="https://www.thecelebrationstylist.com/2018/02/feature-cozy-at-home-galentines-day.html" target="_blank">Galentine's Day party</a> that we featured, pink and red Valentine's day donuts are a must have for any Galentine's Day party. I picked these up from our local donut shop and added my own Valentine's Day sprinkles on top while they were still hot. You can find holiday sprinkles on <a href="http://bit.ly/2S1tgr5" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Amazon</a>, Walmart, or Michaels usually.<br />
<h4>
2. Milkshakes</h4>
Trust me when I say, your girlfriends will love these! I love Jackson Morgan peppermint for the holidays and that includes Valentine's Day. Last year we did Salted Caramel for Valentine's Day but this year I wanted to switch it up. I made these <a href="http://www.sipjacksonmorgan.com/the-sip-blog/2018/7/25/peppermint-milkshake" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">peppermint milkshakes</a> and they were to die for. Seriously so delicious, any time of year. Not to mention Jackson Morgan is also available in the cutest little mini bottles which make the perfect party favors for the 21+ crowd.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjA1kh4RZaf3_NCU1sz3vtQ3KvrOjbOZviPI4O26A4os_NzQ8Gj48f9VnSBLeiS69AtmOSGBZcFeTZ77-PsUwI0URtvmIjhjKf2eUxqAvVZsoI9il4uIaDCzuMBFXqvQacd_3lHkyc8JziL/s1600/Valentines-20.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="1067" height="640" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjA1kh4RZaf3_NCU1sz3vtQ3KvrOjbOZviPI4O26A4os_NzQ8Gj48f9VnSBLeiS69AtmOSGBZcFeTZ77-PsUwI0URtvmIjhjKf2eUxqAvVZsoI9il4uIaDCzuMBFXqvQacd_3lHkyc8JziL/s640/Valentines-20.jpg" width="426" /></a></div>
<blockquote class="tr_bq">
<h4>
Chocolate Peppermint Milkshakes</h4>
3-4 Scoops Chocolate Ice Cream<br />
1/4 Cup Jackson Morgan Southern Cream in Peppermint Mocha<br />
Top with Whipped Cream and Sprinkles! </blockquote>
<h4>
3. Flowers</h4>
I got these stunning flowers for this <a href="https://www.thecelebrationstylist.com/2019/01/galentines-day-party.html" target="_blank">Galentine's Day party</a> and this time I knew Galentine's Day would not be complete without a showstopping bouquet. Who says the boys have to buy the flowers? We have better taste anyway.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiWPq-NAWrd6BLseKrPQGjt1_QI1wKoZIyIdMBDX-kVmWLsbNkHyFLe17XdHvBS0KRRxjQ7hI2LZ3qJnTPAtjzsQ8AwaOl5XUUuA6P9afyqBPmoET7h0F8ZLTWWTXLzjEBLPQ-vi9S-6vTt/s1600/Valentines-7.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1067" data-original-width="1600" height="426" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiWPq-NAWrd6BLseKrPQGjt1_QI1wKoZIyIdMBDX-kVmWLsbNkHyFLe17XdHvBS0KRRxjQ7hI2LZ3qJnTPAtjzsQ8AwaOl5XUUuA6P9afyqBPmoET7h0F8ZLTWWTXLzjEBLPQ-vi9S-6vTt/s640/Valentines-7.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<h4>
4. Backdrop</h4>
I'm a strong believer in party backdrops. They really elevate a party and they don't have to be complicated or expensive. We printed this one from <a href="http://getyourconfetti.com/" target="_blank">Cue the Confetti</a> for less than $10 at Staples. Not only does it look great behind the table, but it's also great for snapping selfies and cheers boomerangs with those delicious Jackson Morgan shakes.<br />
<h4>
5. Sparkles</h4>
When you're celebrating your girlfriends, you should always have a little sparkle. I used a gold sequin table runner, {which was a great purchase by the way, I use it all the time} down the table and some gold mercury glass votives. The pink metallic heart balloons were a great addition too.<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">

<span style="color: #999999;"><i>This post has been sponsored by Pernod Ricard USA. All thoughts and opinions are my own.</i></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="color: #999999;"><i><br /></i></span></div>
It’s that time of year when holiday parties are a plenty. Every December, we get all of our friends together to celebrate the holiday season. Stocking a bar at home for holiday parties can sometimes feel overwhelming with all the available options. Here’s how to put together a home bar that is sure to impress your guests without breaking the bank or taking a bartending class.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjTp7GDzlrM45ahohFVXxn5y9E-9oc21Bxn3vuaRdJBzTXaQmUwelZgPmCN_2bv4iibevv3939R6-R6_isGqGa6AAHrfqJP0qNnjPmOmZETYApKNZQ2p8UmL7w8OkKZtgEeJ8YdQOY9svLu/s1600/IMG_4014.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="1124" data-original-width="1600" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjTp7GDzlrM45ahohFVXxn5y9E-9oc21Bxn3vuaRdJBzTXaQmUwelZgPmCN_2bv4iibevv3939R6-R6_isGqGa6AAHrfqJP0qNnjPmOmZETYApKNZQ2p8UmL7w8OkKZtgEeJ8YdQOY9svLu/s1600/IMG_4014.jpg" /></a></div>
You’ll want to offer a variety of alcohol and mixers so that there’s something for everyone. Below are my favorite high quality products at a good price point. Digital coupons are available at your local Vons, Safeway, or Ralph's nearest to you.<br />

Lay out all of your alcohol, mixers, and garnishes on a bar, bar cart, or table for guests to create their own concoctions. We have a bar area in our home that I always decorate for holiday parties. I put the alcohol options on a shelf and all of the mixers and garnishes below with some space to mix and muddle. Don’t forget the shaker, ice, cups, napkins, and stirrers. A couple of holiday decorations never hurt either. <br />

My personal favorite drink is a light and refreshing Absolut with club soda and a splash of cranberry juice. I also love Kahlua for the holidays. Mix it with Absolut or Altos Tequila and espresso for a delicious, holiday martini. My husband always goes for the Jameson Whiskey for its smooth, rich taste. He usually mixes it with ginger ale.<br />

It’s always nice to create a few pre-made cocktails that guests can easily grab on their way in the door. Having a signature cocktail at any event is always a good idea, it takes any guesswork out for your guests. These bar stocking selections will allow your guests to create just about any drink, and you’ll be known as the best holiday party host in town.<br />
