Southern Inspired Summer Tablescape

This summer, wow your guests with the perfect Southern inspired tablescape. From the neutral gingham to modern pops of solid turquoise, this combo is both traditional and modern; perfect for any occasion. I always love the ruffled edges on Sophistiplates too. To pull off this look, I used rustic wooden utensils mixed with the modern Sugarfina candy boxes on each place setting. I served everyone lemonade from the cutest bottles that I found at Trader Joes, and a mint garnish. I also tied in the yellow from the candy with the yellow paper straws. Paper straws are always a nice touch to any drink. Also, yellow and lemon patterns are both very trendy for summer.

I left an extra lemonade bottle on the table for refills and because, it's beautiful to look at! Of course we had to have hydrangeas which we put in the cutest galvanized bucket, front and center. I always like to have a cake stand of easily accessible treats on all my tablescapes for guests to grab whenever they'd like. Muffins totally fit the bill for this one, not to mention they were delicious! The white scalloped cake stand is as pretty as it is functional. Cheers ya'll!
