Beverly Hills Inspired Summer Flamingo Cocktail Party

Inspired by elements from the iconic and gorgeously styled, Beverly Hills hotel, I wanted to create one last summertime party because, well, summer still isn't over! I also have had a lifelong love of black and white stripes with pops of pink. The best part, is that the stripes are just thick washi tape. So no dealing with fabric and backdrop stands, etc. Just apply to the wall and easily peel it off after. I used 2, 2 inch pieces overlapping each other because they were sold out of the 4 inch but it worked just as well. It comes in a ton of colors and peeled off no problem. I hate having backdrop stands at cocktail parties because it's just so...extra. But applying washi tape to a plain wall is easy and impactful but feels a little more effortless.

Onto the details: This lucite table, I just can't seem to quit, especially for summer. You've seen it before, here. {It's actually my entryway table at home too.} A lot of the elements I included were just things I had around the house. Like these coupe champagne glasses, they feel so classic to me so they were perfect for this theme. The pink drinks looked so cute on the palm leaves. I love Belvoir lemonade, it's really good but also pretty enough to leave on the table. The pineapple candle I have had on my bar cart forever, and the happy hour cocktail napkins, and pineapple banner are from the Target dollar spot. The pink flamingo candy is from Sugarfina, they have so many cute themed candies that it's hard not to include them in parties, especially cocktail parties. The flamingo art print, I found at Hobby Lobby. It's not really the style of my house but I definitely plan on finding a place for it somewhere, I think it's just so cute. Lastly, the pink balloons were just the perfect pop of color. Happy End of Summer, can't wait to share what I have in store for Fall!
